The management of the company is responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the creation, maintenance, & successful implementation of the Quality Management System including policies & objectives.

• Communicating effectively to all concerned in meeting customer, legal, statutory & regulatory requirements.

• Making sure there are adequate resources committed to the operation of the system

• Conducting planned Management Review to make sure that the QMS is operating as planned.

• Ensuring customer requirements are understood & consistently met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Establishing Quality Policy & ensuring that quality objectives & business goals are established.

• Ensuring that responsibilities & authorities are defined & communicated within the company.

• Ensuring that appropriate communication processes are established internally between all levels & that communication takes place regarding the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, daily activities, quality policy...

A key to achieving the highest possible quality is a plan that sets our direction. ADWOC differentiates itself through the leadership and customer delight. General Manager & Departmental Managers routinely meet and evaluate the activities, systems, and processes associated with each of our services. The mission is to looking for, select, and document the optimal methods, science, and systems that will result in the highest reliability, accuracy, and consistency for our clients on international basis.

Goals and objectives are set each year by senior management as part of an annual planning process. Overall business objectives are defined and then supported by business unit goals and objectives.

Quality objectives are determined by considering historical data, customer feedback information, business requirements and continual improvement initiatives.

ADWOC System performance against these objectives is reviewed regularly.
