We recognise that providing the customers with high quality services to satisfy their needs & exceed their expectations starts from determination of requirements related to the services; so the top management of ADWOC always ensures that all customers’ requirements be realized, specified very clearly, and reviewed properly to make sure that we have the ability to meet the defined requirements.

Effective customers’ communication channels were established related to products/services information, enquiries, contracts and customers’ feedback including customers’ complaints.

Effective materials system was established to ensure that purchased products or services will meet requirements. As the first step it is necessary to have confidence in the entity supplying the product or service. Therefore ADWOC selects, evaluates, & re-evaluates suppliers based on their ability to supply products & services according to the requirements.

The second step to ensure that purchased products meets requirements is to provide all necessary information. The supplier should not have to second guess what is needed. Clarity is essential, not just in terms of product specification but also in terms of documentation, delivery…etc. The purchase requirements should also be checked for adequacy before they are communicated to the supplier.

The third step involved is verification of the products or services to ensure that purchased product meets specified purchase requirements before accepting them into the stores or using them in subsequent operations. This may be done by various means at the pre-shipment stage or upon receipt, e.g.: receiving inspection or test, or through verifying a certificate of product conformance.

As part of material system; ADWOC establish an effective warehouse system for preservation of all items through all service providing stages, preservation include identification, handling, storage and protection.

ADWOC is accomplishing the above by having trained and dedicated workforce as well as written Procedures, Instructions and Drawings.

ADWOC is providing secure indoor and outdoor storage areas to prevent damage or deterioration of products.

ADWOC develops an effective system to plan and provide services under controlled conditions which include, the availability of information that describes the characteristics of the service ( e.g : standards …), the availability of work instructions, the use of suitable equipments, the availability and use of monitoring and measuring devices, the implementation of monitoring and measurement, and the implementation of release and delivery activities.

All services shall be carried out under controlled conditions. Such control shall require the use of procedures and detailed work instructions identifying service methods as well as the use of appropriate equipment. Due cognizance shall be taken of any particular QHSE requirements.

As part of ADWOC Quality Management System; effective identification & traceability system was established to identify products or services, determine its status or level of readiness at any given point in time, prevent incorrect use of unsuitable products, and trace products or services throughout or after providing.

When the company utilise materials or products provided by customers it is necessary to ensure that what has been given is suitable for the intended application and thereafter is used properly and protected so that it is not lost or damaged.

To provide confidence that inspection, measuring & testing results can be relied upon and to provide evidence that our products/services meets requirements; effective calibration system for monitoring & measuring devices has been established.
