ADWOC is aware of the importance of quality assurance in all aspects of its business, and in particular places emphasis on obtaining clients satisfaction by the provision of services which comply with the specific requirements, on time and at a competitive cost.
To meet this aim, ADWOC has adopted a systematic and organized approach to quality management to ensure that the clients' requirements are clearly identified and satisfied throughout the execution of the work.
All ADWOC employees contribute to the overall process that creates the products and/or services that are provided to the client, and thus each employee can influence some part of this process. Each employee is both a supplier and recipient of work, and as consequence has both an obligation and a right to provide and accept quality of work, to and from other employees.
It is, therefore; the policy of ADWOC to establish and maintain an effective quality management system that will continually improve the quality of our services to the oil & gas in line with principles and requirements of ISO9001:2008.
Quality objectives shall be set annually by management, and the progress of the company against these objectives will be measured and reviewed on a quarterly basis by management.
Every employee has a responsibility to implement the Quality Policy in all aspects of their work through the adherence to the requirements of the Quality Manual, Quality procedures and other quality system documentation.
ADWOC is committed to ensure that this policy is understood and implemented at all levels of the organization, to maintain and continually improve the quality of its products and services, as well to continually improve the applied quality management system. This policy will be reviewed on periodic basis for continuing suitability.
