Top Management of ADWOC provides necessary resources required like adequate qualified personnel, equipments, materials & support for the proper implementation of Quality Management System to achieve customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements consistently.
• Human Resource:
At ADWOC Quality Management System we know that achieving our vision of customer satisfaction requires a fully committed, well-trained and involved work force. So we provide many different resources to assist our employees.
One of the Cornerstones of Quality Management System at ADWOC is the investment in people. Recognizing that our employees have the largest impact on our opportunity for growth, we provide them with the tools and leadership to develop professionally and personally.
It is the responsibility of the HR & Training Dept. to ensure that personnel performing work affecting product/service quality shall be competent in the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience.
Personnel training are based on the various job requirements and shall be taken in consideration and subjected to evaluation in Management Review Meeting to ensure that all trainings are provided & completed in accordance with company requirements & contractual obligations.
New employees shall be given instruction to their job function, to ensure that they are capable of satisfying both company & customer requirements.
Determination of training needs, either for certification or competency gap of employees is take place yearly based on feedback from departmental heads. Annual training plan prepared based on these needs.
• Infrastructure:
ADWOC has established an effective maintenance system in order to determine, provide & maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to service requirements. Predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance are taken in consideration during planning for maintenance of infrastructure.
Infrastructure includes:
A- Buildings, workplace & associated utilities.
B- Process equipments.
C- Supporting services (such as transport or communication)
• Work Environment:
ADWOC determines & manages the work environment needed to achieve conformity to service requirements.
The management of the company provides congenial work environment to enhance the ability of employees to perform effectively & ensure quality.
The elements of proper work environment are:
A- Appropriate Health, Safety & Environment systems.
B- Employee involvement & participation.
C- Good Accommodation.
D- Ergonomically arranged work areas.
