INTRODUCTION

ADWOC Machine Shop facility has beed built in purpose to meet the demanding engineering, manufacturing and servicing of all OCTG, Rotary Subs, Flanges and all other specialized components used in the Oil and Gas industry.

FACILITIES

ADWOC Machine shop at 103A is fully equipped with all facilities to provide a wide range of precision machining servies which includes Drill collars re-work, OCTG threading and general oilfield machiningas required.

SERVICING OF END CONNECTIONS Premium Thread Machining

API RSC Thread Connection:

Threads are cut with a constant profile tools on automatic Lathe machine equipped with a hydraulic copier attachment. Tapered thread and stress relief features are machined in a single cycle.Threads are systematically cold-rolled to improve fatigue resistance of the connections.

To prevent corrosion and galling, all connections are kemplated or copper plated the coated with an API thread compound.

API Premium Connection

ADWOC machine shop is all able to provideall your requirements in tubular and accesories with premium threads in common API or special grades or sizes. Thread Gauge Inspection

Threading up to 20" diameter with:

- EUE 8 RD connections

- NU 10 RD connections

- LTC / STC 8 RD connections

- BTC connections

- Others upon request

QUALITY CONTROL / ASSURANCE

All products manufactured or repaired by ADWOC are from the first quality steel available at our stock. Each step of manufacturing is performed with the highest degree of accuracy to ensure conformation as per the API standards and customer's specifications as well as established industry standards. After completion, all connections are 100% inspected according to the API Standards and customer requirements. All the information obtained during the process is recorded on the Machine Shop Inspection Report.
