INTRODUCTION
ADWOC Tool Rental and Repair Division with its experience in the region, maintain a good reputation while offering a full range of:
- Pressure Control Equipment
- Handling Tools
- Fishing Tools
- Down Hole Tools
- Transportation etc.
In Extreme Drilling conditions, there is a very severe demands for proper function and high quality tools and equipment.
REPAIR FACILITIES
ADWOC rental tools are well inspected and tested to ensure that Pressure Control equipment, Drill String component and others to meet the API specifications as per the respective industry standards.
To assure the quality of our equipment we keep our own stock of spare parts, to provide the overhauling and maintenance when required.
ADWOC maintains a selected inventory of equipment as follows:
OIL COUNTRY TUBULAR GOODS - Drill pipes, drill collars,Hevi-Wate Drill pipe and rotary subs.
PRESSURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT - Annular Blowout Preventer, Blowout Preventer, Double Studded Flanges, Spools, Gate Valve, Safety Valve and a wide range of auxilliary equipment and components for well control.
HANDLING TOOLS - Elevators, Rotary Slips and Manual Tongs.
DOWNHOLE TOOLS - Hydro Mechanical Drilling Jars, Shock Tools and Fishing Tools, Stabilizers, Casing Scrappers,Hole Opener, Reamers, Overshot, Basket, Magnets, Impression Blocks, Bumper and Rotary Subs.
TRANSPORTATION - Kenworth Trucks, Floats, Wheel Loaders, Bulldozers and Cranes.
RENTAL FACILITIES
Regarding Tool repairs, ADWOC has a long and enviable tradition, offering a wide varierty for both ADWOC and customer Drilling Equipment, either in ADWOC Tool Rental Shop at 103A or at the customer's designated site.
On site and in shop field includes the following:
Disassembly and Assembly of equipment.
Repair and Testing of equipment.
Pressure Control Equipment such as:
Ram and Annular B.O.P.s, Choke Manifolds, Xmas Tress, Valves and Upper/Lower Kelly Valves etc.
Tubular and Tubular Handling Equipment such as:
Elevator, Spider Elevator, Power Tongs, Kelly Drives, Master Bushings, Rotary Tables, and Pipe Straigthening and Internal/External Cleaning etc.
Hoisting Equipment and Others such as:
Crown Blocks, Travelling Blocks, Swivels, Kellies, Pipe Spinners, also Casing Scrappers, Over Shots and Coring Equipment etc.
Our Repair Shop is equip with the following opstions:
Koomey High Pressure testing unit, Graphic Recorder for Pressure Test up to 15,000 Psi.
QUALITY

REPAIR QUALITY
Our servicemen are qualified to Evaluate and recommend Procedures for minor repairs and major overhauls.
High Pressure KOOMEY unit is calibrated accordingly up to manufacturer standards.
For all services pressure charts are recorded on ADWOC Tool Repair Report.
