He handles all human resources decision including hiring, position assessment, compensation, taking disciplinary actions, implementing laws and regulation regarding personnel and developing employment policies. The department consist currently of two sections as follows. 1- Personnel Section:- Supervisor: Asia Faraj Dauadi Ext No. (213) Main functions: · Personnel actions for company employees from recruitment to end of services. · Management of the personnel information system. 2- Public Relation Section:- Supervisor: Abdulsalam Derbasi EL-Ashiek Ext No. (211) · All work and residence visas for expatriate employee. · Issuing desert pass for all employees.
